• Detailed Architectural Drawings: Developed precise, concept-to-completion architectural drawings that guided the conversion process and ensured high design standards.

• Complete Internal Gutting: Undertook a full internal gutting of the house, replacing all floors and walls to create a blank canvas for modern apartment layouts.
