The extensive transformation included full internal redesigns and the repositioning of the staircase to create a more inviting entrance hallway and improved bedroom layouts upstairs. Additionally, double storey extensions were added to both the front and rear of the property. A striking cantilevered glazed rear extension, featuring wrap-around glazing, was incorporated to provide a dramatic 'wow' factor and a seamless connection to the garden, significantly enhancing the home's appeal and value.

Scope of Work:
