Loft conversion progress within a conservation area

The work is progressing on site and nearing completion of one of our fantastic loft conversion within a conservation area in London SE9.

Due to planning constraints the roof shape could not be altered therefore the existing space was maximised to its potential to suit the clients brief. The loft consists of a master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, dressing area and a walk on glass panel floor to let light through to the staircase on the floor level below.

Exciting progress is being made on the project in Woking. After a lengthy process of piling foundations the construction is well underway and the building is starting to take shape.

Planning approved for commercial premises

Planning approval has been granted for a large extension to a commercial premises in Dartford to accommodate the rapid expansion of the business to incorporate further storage facilities and offices.

Beechhill project nearing completion (London SE9)

The project Beechhill in London SE9 is nearing the final stages of completion. The open plan contemporary rear extension is complete with a new kitchen. Internal alterations and changes to the garden are on-going. Final completion photographs following practical completion.
