A refurbishment to an existing home in Hither Green, London SE13.
The brief was to improve the rear of the property, as it was dark and miserable and un-used. By removing an existing chimney breast and internal partitions this provided enough space for a new contemporary kitchen and dining area. By enlarging the existing window openings, replacing the doors and windows and installing a large contemporary flat roof light allowed a lot of light to flood into the refurbished space.
